Chickpeas are a great vegan and gluten-free source of protein and fiber. Add antioxidant-rich cacao and you have a small, sweet, indulgent fix for those sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Garbanzo Beans – drained
  • 5 tbsp Coconut Milk, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 3 tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until it reaches the desired consistency, about 30 to 60 seconds.

  2. Enjoy with seasonal fruit or mixed with yogurt!
