Two ingredients, one perfect pancake! A fresh banana and a couple of delicious eggs are all you need to make this banana pancake recipe that’s sure to be the end-all of healthy breakfast flat cake recipes. Add pure maple syrup to turn this home run recipe into a grand slam!

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs, whole large

Directions

1. Add all ingredients and pulse until combined, do not over pulse.
2. Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Add 1/3 cup measuring cup's worth of batter onto the pan, and cook on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Top with pure maple syrup and fresh berries, and enjoy!
